Try these witch fingers as a healthy alternative to all the sweets at Halloween. They are just as yummy as they are healthy.

Ingredients
- 1cup plain organic grass fed whole milk yogurt/dip, or hummusTrader Joe's eggplant hummus works well
- 5 baby carrotsor small thin carrots; to be used for fingers
- 5 slivered almondsto be used as nails
Instructions

Place yogurt, dip, or hummus in a bowl. If I don't have time to make my own hummus, I use Trader Joe's Eggplant Hummus.

Place carrots as pictured above.

Apply a little of the base (yogurt, dip, or hummus) onto one side of the slivered almond, and place it on the tip of the carrot as pictured above.
