Here is an invigorating superfood breakfast or snack. The berries in this Berry Yummy Bowl provide a low-glycemic fruit base with fiber that will keep blood sugar levels even.
Berries are full of vitamin C, manganese, fiber, copper and vitamin K.
The coconut water is a great source of electrolytes and the coconut milk adds a little bit of sweetness and a creamy consistency.
Acai powder adds antioxidants and omega 3 fatty acids.
Maca Powder adds B vitamins and vitamin C.

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
