Fish on Fleek

Fish on Fleek Halibut

I used this mayo to make a simple yet profoundly tasteful piece of fish. I took a pound of halibut ( I think any type of fish will work), spread a small layer of this mayo on top, put sea salt, fresh lemon juice and zest, and black pepper on it – then baked it at 400 degrees in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. It turned out fantastic and makes such a simple quick dinner!

The name came about as soon as my teenager son took a bite of this fish. He yelled out “This fish is on fleek!”. The recipe makes this dish so on point. It is a perfect combination of amazing tastes and flavors.

One of the best parts of this dish is that it is SO easy to make.

The other best part is that it is actually very healthy. Make sure you choose your fish wisely though. Read my “Avoid This Kind of Salmon” to become better educated about your source of fish.
