Acai Berry Bowl

Here is an invigorating superfood breakfast or snack. The berries in this Acai Berry Bowl provide a low-glycemic fruit base with fiber that will keep blood sugar levels even.
Berries are full of vitamin C, manganese, fiber, copper and vitamin K.
The coconut milk adds a little bit of sweetness and a creamy consistency.
Acai berries add antioxidants and omega 3 fatty acids.

Instructions
  1. Place all the base ingredients in the blender (I use Vitamix) and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with all, some or none of the toppings.
